Ugh. We just bought a house built in the mid-80s that was filled with brass. We are the process of replacing ALL of it.

Ha, ha, me too.

I do like touches of brass where it makes sense, but going with all brass fixtures and knobs is too much for me right now. Maybe because I still have a few brass items in my 1980s home that I haven't gotten around to replacing yet.

Yes, taste specific. No, not my taste. The pendants over the table with the green west elm stools are kind of cool though. No way on brass faucets.
