She looks just like I pictured! Is it possible the letter and the video are real? Is she crazy or is she the one normal person in a family of complete losers who was pushed to this point after enduring years of their ridiculous behavior? If they really are so clueless, she shouldn't have used the word sans. That's just asking for another mistake.

I hope my SIL doesn't see the letter and make it the template for our next holiday!

My mom writes in all caps when she is imparting important information or clarifying something.

Her holiday e-mails to my siblings and I are typically in all caps--for several paragraphs.

I'm sorry, but Fall doesn't even start until September 22nd, and first we have to get through Labor Day weekend, the Jewish holidays, Halloween and THEN we can focus on Thanksgiving. Please come back in about a month and a half. By then we'll be ready for this.
