However still waiting to find out from the vendor how long this will take. If it takes longer than a week for me to receive I want to cancel it. Am I being unreasonable that I don't want to deal with swaping the chair frame and waiting for it to be delivered again?

I luckily paid via American Express and called to dispute the chair. Let them know that the chair wasn't delivered and now the furniture company can't even tell me when it's going to be delivered, besides the fact I don't want the repaired frame. Now they plan on reaching out to the merchant. Fingers crossed. I feel like the furniture company is going to act like they can get me the chair and therefore I should pay - even though it might be two months from now.
I meant to ask if there's anything else I should do?
