Babe Ruth is more competitive at an earlier age. However, unfortunately the little league is heading that direction ( away fro flew are here to have fun playing baseball and more towards we are here to win)

But at the t-ball level, I doubt it matters. Just if you think you will stay in the same league.

If so, I'd just ask around to see what most people do.

Maybe there are differences within Babe Ruth leagues. Ours uses machines for the Rookie division--7 and 8 year olds.

Little League and Babe Ruth are different organizations. The rules are a little different at the different levels. For example, Babe Ruth will usually move from coach pitch to a pitching machine to kid pitch, while I think Little League moves directly from coach pitch to kid pitch.

I don't live in Arlington, OP, so can't compare them. But my boys play in a Babe Ruth League in Alexandria. We played several games against Arlington Babe Ruth in tournaments, and the parents and coaches seemed very nice and positive with the kids. These were 8 year olds.

Anyone have any experience with either teams/programs? Looking for my 6-year-old son to join one or the other.
TIA!
