I'm first PP of the thread. It's intuitive for me (and always correct when I'm able to verify). It's not just people who act "stereotypically" gay. Same goes for bi-ness.
Op here. Same for me, I just know. My dh thinks I'm crazy, but after 15 years of marriage he's never found e to be wrong. In the few instances it appeared that I was wrong, those I thought were gay subsequently came out. FYI, I said I was only accurate 95%+ because there are some gay people I do not realize are gay.

I'm bi, a woman, married to a man, 37, not out publicly but I've known I'm bi for nearly 20 years. I have the worst gaydar ever. DH says I'm just not very observant in general and that affects it.

Lesbian, 52 now, came out in college.
Out gay men are pretty easy to spot, although I don't really try.
I've met many married (to men) women who give off a serious lesbian vibe. I can always tell by eye contact -- they either can't make any, or they are fused, as if they are trying to figure me out or beg me not to expose them.

Curious, if you're bi and married to a man, why are you assuming they are not bi as well?
I don't get the bi vibe - I get the straight up lesbian vibe. But of course I could be wrong, and it's hard to verify in a situation like that (obviously).
