Yi's in Rockville, or Esquire Custom Tailor in Bethesda/Rickville near Mont Mall. Highly recommend both.

I don't want to use dry cleaner because I think too dicey - these are raw silk curtains - take them to a tailor, I guess? We have 12 panels to be hemmed (and they have a lining) so price sensitive.
