duckpin bowling at SUitland Lanes is very affordable. A dive place for sure but that's the charm.

Most bowling places are doing summer blast passes (bowl America , Bowlmor) where summer bowling is super cheap.
It's probably not too late to sign up for a few weeks of cheap bowling

Duck pin in SS is very fun. Not cheap but fun. Food is good and there's a sweet frog next door.

Thirding, but it is surprisingly spendy.

White Oak for sure. Big ball bowling is tough at that age.

+1, especially since you are in DC! It is super kid-friendly and they have ball ramps as well as lane bumpers for the kids. Great food and drink for adults too.

We usually go to White Oak Lanes in Silver Spring. It's duck pin, so easier for little kids. It's a bit a of dive, but I feel like that's part of it's charm.

There's a Bowl America in Falls Church that we like.

See if the lanes at GW (University) in Foggy Bottom are open?

It is over $6 for just the rental at Bowlmor. For kids, I prefer the older places that are not so crazy expensive.

It has been Bowlmor for some time now. But yes, it is a good place to go. Expensive though - we prefer going "old school" at the Bowl America on Clopper Road. It is a lot cheaper.
