It's not victim blaming to point out that getting drunk has risks. The original PP's statement, however, was "Dumb girl got drunk" which is clearly victim blaming.

I think the biggest question is how he disposed of the body. Did he have a boat? Toss her off a cliff? They were in a fairly busy resort area of the beach, so I just don't know how he removed the body without it washing up on shore.

there are an awful lot of ways to have fun without getting shit faced. Pretty sad that you don't know that. Alcohol causes billions of dollars in injuries, lost wages, destroyed families and lives, property damage, abuse and so much more. But hey, it's all good. They're just having some fun. You just called a young woman who was most likely kidnapped, raped, and murdered a "dumb girl."

Agree with all of this - it's sad she'll never be found, but I don't think what happened is really a mystery. Nor was it her fault.
