The Care and Keeping of You, which is probably one of the books this PP is referring to, is AWFUL. Highly recommend against it. Very alarmist and insinuates girls should feel awkward and embarrassed to talk to close adults about body changes. I bought it, read it, and returned it without even showing my daughter.
