The Haven of Northern Va on Ravensworth Road offers individual support by trained volunteers as well as a 6 week Widow and Widowers Support Group.

Try calling the Falls Church Anglican. They have a lot of ongoing grief sessions and can steer you to the right perron.

Not in south Arlington, but the Wendt Center for Loss and Healing in NW DC is wonderful, and does both individual and group therapy.

Any recommendations for support for someone losing a spouse later in life that would help grieving process and even possibly connect with others in the same situation? Thanks!
