Your estrogen could be suppressing your FSH a bit (SG wants under 50).

We did IVF. We have severe MFI.

I had a fairly good reaction to stims and my AFC was 14-20 (two different baseline readings), FSH was 6 and LH was 2.5.

As I mentioned earlier, I had read that the LH-FSH ratio could indicate DOR but my doctor wasn't concerned about it.

Your numbers are absolutely fine. I wouldn't stress. And you won't know until your cycle (and there is variation from cycle to cycle).

OP here, yes sorry. I mixed them up. These were my results:

Estrogen- 57
FSH- 8.5
LH- 3.7
Prolactin -6.9
TSH 1.4

I had a mock and endo biopsy done today (CD7) and my AFC was 13, so I hope I am ok for a little bit.

It just seems like a flag that my FSH to LH used to be 1:1 and now it's closer to 2.3:1

Expert here- for PCOS your LH is higher than your FSH on day 3. Normally your FSH is higher, because LH stays very low until a surge at O time.

High FSH indicates DOR (FSH is like stepping on the gas, and when your ovarian reserve gets low, body steps on the gas even harder to send signal)

I thought it was the opposite- if your LH is higher than your FSH that could signal PCOS?

I have a very low LH (on the lowest end of normal). I was told my RE that he often sees low LH with a low BMI (mine hovers between 19.5 and 20). The proportion of my FSH to LH is a 2.4 to one, which can indicate DOR but not always.

According to Dr. Sher, a high LH is often present in perimenopausal females.

I know if your FSH is higher than your LH it may indicate PCOS.

But if FSH is lower than your LH (both within "normal" ranges) does that point to DOR?

I am a month away from turning 37 and my labs are so much worse than they were a year ago!
