Our child sees Barbara Pearlman in Rockville for anxiety. I have also heard good things from Jonah Green in Kensington.

My teenage son struggles with anxiety. He did some psychotherapy at the Behavior Therapy Center on Lockwood Drive in Silver Spring. They are excellent.

I'm looking for a recommendation for a therapist, preferably in Takoma DC/MD or Silver Spring, that can help our 5yo DC with anxiety and ADHD issues. Both DH and I have anxiety/ADHD issues and we see some budding behavior in DC that has us concerned. We need a therapist who can work with us as parents, as well as one on one with DC if necessary.
