According to the article there is a GoFundMe for the family - and it's far surpassed the original goal. It's a sad story, but there are lots of sad stories and deserving families. I am surprised there is so little mentioned in both the article and the GoFundMe about the children's father(s) and extended families - surely there must be some family help, and if not that's a detail worth mentioning in an appeal for help.
