OP here -- well, it worked and I am just under 6 weeks pregnant, but still far too early to see if it will be successful in the long run. Fingers crossed. Good luck to you!

Hey OP! How did this go? I'm in a similar position regarding follicles for IUI.

I would not worry about hyperstimulation with four follicles. The two 15s will be mature by the time you trigger and the 13 will probably catch up as well. I'm sorry for your recent losses. Good luck!

Gearing up for my first IUI this weekend. Took low dose Letrozole from days 5 through 9. On day 13 of my cycle -- today -- I had one follicle that measured 19 mm (minimum they want to see is 18 mm), two more around 15 mm, and one more around 13 mm. Trigger shot is scheduled for Thursday night and IUI for Saturday morning.

I am worried about super-ovulation (have high AMH) but that should not happen here, right, since only one follicle is the necessary size as of today? The nurses are nonchalant but this is my first go at all this. I usually ovulate on my own around day 22 or even later -- sometimes a week or two later -- so I am really excited that maybe ovulation on day 16 will give me a good egg. Have had 3 miscarriages recently and this is our first attempt at ART.

Would love to hear about others' experiences but mainly I just wanted to put it out there because I am excited to finally be doing something. Even if it doesn't work at least we're not sitting on our butts anymore!
