The rules committee rejected the plea of the "Dump Trump" people to change the rules. They presented the rules for approval by the convention, and the "Dump Trump" people staged a protest to try to get a role call vote, rather than approval by acclamation. It's been loud in there.

The is a call for a roll call vote on changing the rules which the Chair seems not to want. It is confusing but there appears to be trouble in paradise.
