Tom Sawyer. For sure. Mine were ages 4 and 10 and both were mesmerized by the story and the colorful writing.

My kids loved the audio Magic Treehouse books.

Charlotte's Web and Trumpet of the Swan are both wonderful on audio!

I like the Clementine books on audio.

My DD and I listened to "How to Eat Fried Worms" on a road trip to Richmond. It was a book that I loved growing up, but now can't figure out what appealed to me so much.
