Lowell School, Kid Museum at the Davis Library in Bethesda, Home Depot does basic stuff too.

Check out woodworkers supply in Rockville. It's a woodworking supply shop but I'm pretty they also teach workshops.

One of the things I've never had chance to learn is working with woods. Looking for some basic introductory woodworking classes. Any suggestions? TIA.
