My son said he likes to "choke other kids out".

In his martial art, Brazilian Jui. Jujitsu, you choke people until they tap.

At my first interview, I asked if they spank the pre-kindergarteners. Waitlisted.

In his interview, my son said that we would need a much fancier car if he ended up going to that private school. Lol. I guess my 8 yr old Toyota couldn't compete with a parking lot full of Lexuses and BMWs. He was accepted (and I still drive that Toyota

I'm not sure it made a good impression.

And what made her say that?

She's been watching Barbie Dream house series and this is her current dream.

I'm just kidding though. She didn't actually say it. She was saying it in the car on the way to the interview and I begged her not to say it at school.

Just something amusing I wanted to share.

so you were prepping your kid in the car for this interview? Maybe that came through to the interviewr more than an unfiltered comment would have.

Oh please. That's not prepping for an interview.

NP here. Perhaps having to do her own laundry or pick up after herself. I recall at that age wishing I could "magic wand" my chores away.

OP, hope the interviewer realized that she was talking to a young child. If not, are you sure you want to send your DD there?
