Awesome. Thanks. I've used a very snooty firm in the past and they couldn't even remember to bring the keys to closing. I've concluded that there is no service at the high end, so why not just pay 1%.


You're welcome. I had terrible experiences with agents too. I got licensed so that I could help my friends and family and provide a steep discount.

If you are selling a rental property buyers will know it is poorly maintained. You should use a 1% company because you will have discount it to sell it

I don't think there is any material difference in service. The difference lies in how greedy the realtors are. Go with a 1% if you can.

You get what you pay for, typically. 1% if the house will sell itself/you know what you're doing. 3% if you expect more hand holding and active engagement on the transaction.
