yes, anytime I turn around if someone stops by my desk, he closes his office door quite loudly.
I am not an assertive person. quite a shy person and like to stay quiet and do my work.
I do not have what it takes to walk to his office and discuss what the issue is.
There are many eyes and ears that would be interested in knowing what is happening.
This is a open floor plan.
I will talk to HR and I do not want to give any reasons. I would not know what reason to tell.
It is a very unhappy situation for me.
He may be holding an important post in the company but at personal level, he is not important to me.
It bothers me that he can slam door and insult. Obviously he assumes he is important and people are turning to look at him.
He has his stand up meetings every morning right behind my desk.
I wish I had an office and a door to slam the door shut.
You are still in a passive aggressive mindset. Where is your supervisor in all of this? I would not recommend going to HR.
