Hi, wondering if anyone has had experience with LV customer service on an issue like this. I own this bag:

My mom bought it for me about three years ago (its definitely real).
This summer I pulled it out and noticed the rubber on the straps seemed to be a little tacky. Today, I had kind of forgotten about it and am wearing a white shirt. Well my whole shoulder is covered in black rubber(?) I guess from the straps.
This is a 2000 dollar purse, I feel like it shouldn't be melting rubber onto my shoulder within three years. Is this something the store might address without a receipt?
