She didn't swim but was pushed in, ugh! But she got out quickly and showered shortly thereafter and don't forget the alcohol ear drops because that is where the infections can fester if in dirty water ….. never again!

I've never been there but you people sound so mean and snobby. People live there and I'm sure love it.

I think we've established it's not a good neighborhood for ugly racists or paranoid germophobes. Otherwise it's quite nice.

I'd still pick it over some place like Pimmit Hills.

Sad. That was a nice area not that long ago.

Did your DD swim? Our kids went on the boats, apparently, no adult, two lifeguards who let them get out of site, no life-preservers. They fell out of boats, submerged in that filthy water. UGH!

I have him scrubbing off in Hibiclense. I can't believe they submerged in that gross lake. I told him not to - he fell in out of a boat. So disgusted.

A realtor tried to get me to move there. $1 million for terrible schools and a lake you can't even use a boat on. No thanks.

My 15 year old went to an end of school small gathering. Apparently they went down to the lake and canoed and swam in it. When I picked him up, I was nauseated by the sight of that water! Went online to find that they've had FOUR raw sewage spills in that lake, latest being 2015, and residents have had issues with e-coli. County knew about the spills, didn't notify residents right away. Apparently a resident who's dd got sick, took it upon herself to test the water, only to THEN have the county come clean..

SO not ok

Wondering if anyone lives there and can update me as to issues with water? Having my kid wash in Hibicleans (probably overkill, but the pharmacist was horrified and told me that was what to do).
