During the interview means nothing. It's probably standard process.

Different field but yes, we do this with all interviewees. Have to treat them all the same.

Had an interview last week. Was told I would hear back from them by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Still haven't heard anything. I NEED this job and am getting anxious with each passing hour. During the interview, I was told about benefits, start date and how the first week would look. So am I reading too much into this? I was pretty confident heading out of the meeting, now I am not so sure. Do you discuss healthcare plans, retirement, telework, etc, with someone you aren't sure you are going to hire? This is for a social services position.
