When was the conference you posted - November 2015? I took the OP to note the close timeframe, not to mention physical closeness, of last month's event and the shooting. Did a shooting also (possibly) result from the event you posted about?
If it is your contention that sermons calling for killing gays are acceptable unless you can connect them directly to the killing of gays, you are going to need to show evidence that the Orlando shooter -- who was not from Orlando -- heard the Imam and was motivated by his words.
