Mine were actually really similar to period symptoms. I also had the discharge as mentioned before- so much so, that I kept thinking I was getting my period and running to the bathroom.
Also cramping. In retrospect it was more of a "pulling" but at the time I didn't think anything of it.
I very quickly became exhausted.

Same, I got pregnant the month I stopped charting or tracking anything. I tested a few days after my period was due and it was positive but I didn't have any symptoms or gut feeling about it.

My dog ate the panties I left in the floor when I took a shower. She's never done that before.

Crazy strong sense of smell. I was complaining non-stop about tings smelling bad. I had heard of that as a sign of pregnancy but it never occurred to me that that was going on until I tested positive.

Metallic taste in mouth.
Implantation spotting (although the first time I had no freaking clue, but just a brown spot in underwear about the size of a quarter, that was it).
Blue veins showing everywhere through the skin of my breasts (which quickly got really, really sore).

Craved all the spicy ethnic food I ate as a kid (mom cooked a lot of ethnic food but I mostly eat "Anerican" food now).
Also had weird shooting cramps.

Three pregnancies and every time, I got a cold during my 2ww

I felt bloated and very full a lot of the time. Was not hungry at all. Felt like there was a kind of pulling sensation in my pelvic area starting around 10dpo.

I also had this metallic/strange taste in my mouth for a little while sometime around 9-10 DPO

Like a PP, I also just kind of had this sense about it...I just didn't feel quite like myself. I'm not sure if those other feelings I had during the 2WW were real or imagined because they were all pretty minor and this was our first month of trying and I think part of it was just me psyching myself out but then I actually did wind up being pregnant so who knows.

Crazy amount of cervical mucus, and yellow tinged. Really sore breasts. Since I never had breast pain in months I wasn't pregnant it seemed like a sign. Cramping at night around 7,8,9 dpo. I also spotted lightly but deep red 9dpo and even more so the morning of 10 dpo. Got my positive 10 dpo and no bleeding since.

Taste changes

I had a 6th sense about it.
I also was more on edge/moody/tired etc

Humor me as I am trying to get through the dreaded 2WW...

Looking back, did you have any signs or symptoms that you may be pregnant before you were able to POAS?

I have had a bad headache for the past couple days and light cramping. Period isn't due for 5-6 more days.
