We have a Kuranda bed and a new Coolaroo bed just arrived yesterday. Both of our dogs got onto on these without any problems, we've had the Kuranda for about three years now. I think the Coolaroo might keep them a bit cooler because the trampoline is made of open weave mesh whereas the Kuranda has a solid plastic surface. The Kuranda was also twice the price. I don't know if the dogs prefer one over the other yet but they are definitely easier to clean than a cushioned doggy bed.

Our rescue just got a donation of Chillspot dog beds, and the dogs are reportedly fighting for turns on it. It is quite pricey though.

Does anyone have one of these? Do they really keep your dog cooler? I'm not sure my dog would step up onto one. Did your dog immediately take to it?
