Only two options are the Hampton Inn and Sanderling Inn. You aren't going to get Sanderling at $200/night and in season I doubt you will get the Hampton for $200/night either.
For hotels midweek you will have better luck in Kitty Hawk, KDH or Nags Head. It will be easier to find a Monday thru Thursday, a lot of hotels want the rooms for Thursday- Sunday premium rates. Don't expect anything special base to mid tier hotels at best. Your best bets if you can get in are Hilton Garden Inn, Hammocks on The Banks, Ramada.
