I agree with this. He seems to be legitimately responsible for his own success, and often seems like the primary voice of sanity on the Shark Tank (his appearance on which, IMHO, also makes him a reality TV star). He may or may not have political ambitions for the future...but it seems like he might. His stories are being place right now because he is speaking publicly about Trump...I don't think there are many other billionaire business moguls doing that, though it could just be media bias

It probably doesn't hurt that he's not bad looking...and he's also a movie star (check out the Sharknado that takes place in DC, can't remember the number).

I dunno, him being famous seems less weird than Trump being famous. He tends to make more sense than Trump and he's more responsible for his own success than Trump is. I kind of hate celebrity fascination in general, but him being famous strikes me as no weirder than Trump, a reality star, or a dimwitted movie star being well known. If anything, it is slightly more sane.

I'm from Dallas, and I like Mark Cuban. Yes, he made his money as a tech guy, very respectably, and then bought the Mavericks for fun. But why is he famous? Because he is.

He's also very camera friendly and provides good quotes. In a different way than Trump provides good quotes. Anyway, why wouldn't the media want a good, media-savvy billionaire to provide them good quotes? Especially when discussing another (not so good) media-savvy billionaire?

He's also been in a number of TV shows including Shark Tank and DwtS. He's a rich guy who doesn't just want to be a rich guy, he also wants to be a famous guy. I think that may remind you of someone else who is in the news a lot lately? So it's understandable that the media think of him to comment on what Trump is doing.

Does the guy have a bunch of PR firms on his payroll placing stories? He is always being quoted about something or another. He is not the only billionaire out there. I'm guessing he has narcissistic political ambitions (like Trump) and has a media/PR machine in place to get people to know his name? I see nothing special about that guy warranting his comments published all over the interwebs.
