I used to listen to sleep with me but now I'm hooked on moments of magic guided sleep meditation.

There's one called Sleep with Me where this guy just rambles on and on and it usually does the trick but it's kind of weird.

I usually fall asleep listening to WTF with Marc Maron or Nerdist. This American Life works too.

I don't listen to podcasts, but sometimes I fall asleep to ASMR videos on youtube. Search "ASMR massage" or "ASMR haircut". Sounds weird, but it's totally relaxing.

I listen to snap judgment a lot while dozing off. It is a lot of first person stories. Also the moth radio hour. The mystery show podcast, although there are only a few of those.

Me, too! Many food podcasts work for me. Interesting enough to pay attention to but don't feel like I'm missing out when I fall asleep. America's Test Kitchen is another one.

My pediatrician has a podcast to help kids sleep, but I swear it makes me pass out when I'm playing it for my son.

I like Dan Carlin's Hardcore History, but I have to be careful because sometimes I get engrossed and stay up listening. What I tend to do is keep a series after I have listened to it, and then use it to fall asleep with.

Some of the Stuff You Should Know podcasts work for me, but some of the people/topics get on my nerves so I pick and choose carefully.

A Way With Words is another one I like to fall asleep to.

Title says it all. Do these exist? I've tried white noise, which works sometimes. But is there some kind of "storytime for adults" podcast or something similar, to help us insomniacs (or overthinkers) fall asleep?
