Is Trump racist? No
Is Trump anti-semitic? No
Is he anti-miuslim? No

He is however, doing something much worse. He is allowing misguided, like-minded people a means to spew out racism and anti-semitism. That is why I have never liked political rallies, because similar minds can convince each other of anything, no matter how insane.

The supporters are the fire, and Trump is the chimney, letting ll theocracy smoke manifest in the atmosphere.

Nobody said Trump is Hitler. Do you want to comment on the anti-Semites who support Trump or, like Trump, are you comfortable with that support?

Those articles say that felons (crimes unspecified) register as Democrats. The articles don't say for whom the individuals will vote. Moreover, Clinton has not been retweeting rapists or murderers or refusing to denounce their support or condemn attacks such individuals have launched against reporters. There is no equivalency in this case. But, since your attempt to change the subject is not working, do you want to condemn the anti-Semites support Trump or do you welcome there support much as Trump appears to?

So no coincidence that the Governor of VA who was Clinton's fundraising manager lifted the felon voting rule? RIGHT, the voters will just ignore that we got it This doesn't pass the smell test.

About 200,000 convicted felons in Virginia will now have the right to vote in November
The announcement Friday immediately drew criticism from Republicans who viewed McAuliffe’s action as a blatant favor to his longtime friend Hillary Clinton, for whom he and his wife recently raised $2 million at their McLean home.

Fundraising career and relationship with the Clintons[edit]
McAuliffe had a prolific fundraising career within the Democratic Party, and a personal and political relationship with Bill and Hillary Clinton.[13] McAuliffe and his staff raised $275 million, then an unprecedented sum, for Clinton's causes while president. After Bill Clinton's tenure ended, McAuliffe guaranteed the Clintons' $1.35 million mortgage for their home in Chappaqua, New York. The deal raised ethical questions.[27][28] In 2000, McAuliffe chaired a fundraiser with the Clintons; setting a fundraising record of $26.3 million.[29]

McAuliffe told The New York Times in 1999, "I've met all of my business contacts through politics. It's all interrelated." When he meets a new business contact, he continued, "then I raise money from them."[13] He acknowledged that success of his business dealings stemmed partly from his relationship with Bill Clinton, saying, "No question, that's a piece of it." He also credited his ties to former congressmen Dick Gephardt and Tony Coelho, his Rolodex of 5,000-plus names, and his ability to personally relate to people.[13] He told New York Times reporter Mark Leibovich in 2012 that his Rolodex held 18,632 names.[30]

If you want to start a thread to discuss felons who have not demonstrated any support for Clinton you are welcome to do so. This thread is about anti-Semites who support Trump -- a group that you have been unable to denounce despite your otherwise lengthy replies.

This is more than guilt by association. Trump was actually asked to condemn anti-Semitic attacks on reporters and refused to do so. It took multiple tries for him to denounce David Duke's support. These are things that should be automatic and not complicated to do.

That's true. Like Trump you won't denounce the anti-Semites who support him.

Trump has been around Jews his entire life. He grew up around them and has done business with them throughout his career. I would think he's indifferent to them but happily traffics in anti-Semitism if it gets him where he wants to be.

Trump's support among neo-Nazis and white supremacists is well-known and has been heavily discussed. But, the more specific issue of anti-semitism among Trump's supporters has recently been getting attention. Much of this is illustrated by attacks that have been launched against reporters who have been seen as critical of Trump.

For instance, Julia Ioffe became a target of anti-Semitic attacks after she wrote a profile of Melania Trump that was viewed as unflattering (the Trumps also say it was inaccurate). Donald Trump refused to condemn the attacks. Separately, Melania Trump said that Ioffe had brought the attacks on herself.

More recently, Jonathan Weisman -- the New York Times Washington Bureau Chief -- tweeted out a link to the Post op-ed that is being discussed here about fascism coming to American. In response, he was the target of a torrent of anti-Semitic abuse:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/erik-wemple/wp/2016/05/19/new-york-times-staffer-tweets-out-op-ed-critical-of-trump-faces-anti-semitic-avalanche/

Trump has repeatedly retweeted tweets from neo-Nazis and had a very difficult time denouncing the support of David Duke. If you have the stomach to venture on to white supremacists websites, you will find ecstatic levels of support for Trump. For instance, here the Daily Stormer attacks Weismen for the episode discussed above:

http://www.dailystormer.com/anti-trump-nyt-jew-has-a-breakdown-goes-on-rampage-retweeting-anti-semites/

"A disgusting anti-Trump Jew from the New York Times had a total breakdown yesterday and began mass-retweeting anti-Semites."

Here is the Daily Stormer touting Trump's support among women:

http://www.dailystormer.com/poll-trump-surging-with-women/

But Trump is supporting women against the vile pro-rape hag Hillary Clinton (who most women already don’t like).

When he continues to slam her for protecting her alleged rapist husband, these numbers are going to continue to rise!

Because just like the Daily Stormer, Trump loves women and only wants what’s best for them – and that’s a traditional patriarchal White society!

I assume that Trump grew up among Jews and has associated and worked with them nearly his entire life. His son-in-law is Jewish. His speech to AIPAC was as strong as any that has been delivered. So, I don't believe for a second that Trump himself is the slightest anti-Semitic. However, it does seem that he is comfortable having the support of anti-Semites. My assumption is that Trump's entire campaign has been based on fleecing the rubes and white supremacists are just one more group of rubes to fleece. But, like so much else about the Trump campaign, in the process of taking advantage of the rubes, he is unleashing a lot of dangerous forces in society. Anti-Semitism is one of the more dangerous.
