My kids are entering Middle School (6th) and High School (9th) and both are riding the bus to and from school at the usual time for a full day of orientation. We got letters from their school.

That said, I don't trust that the bus will actually show up for them.

I attended the Orientation Day for my K student last year and it was an opportunity to meet his teacher and visit his classroom prior to the BIG day.

The times will depend on your school. I'm an elementary school teacher. 6th grade to be exact This school year the times for the orientation were midday like 10-12pm. I'm not really sure exactly since I don't teach those grades. You should receive something in the mail over the summer with details. You can also call and see if they have this day planned out already which I honestly doubt they will considering how much goes into closing out the school year.

I was looking at the school calendar and I saw a Systemic Orientation Day for PreK and K students on August 18. Does anyone have more info about this day?
