The homeless shelter issue could very well be the thing that guarantees Bowser won't have much more of a career in DC politics.

This article makes it pretty clear she couldn't be bothered to consider facts and that she is still buffaloing her way along with her DC General shutdown proposal. She didn't even look at Cheh's proposal. Council needs to shut this down, NOW. The only emergency legislation for DC General they should be thinking about is figuring out how to improve services and coordination and putting together a task force to deal with the more long term housing questions.
