We have paid a contractor to put together Ikea furniture for us. You can have it delivered and put together (you have to go to the store to buy it though). It's awesome. I hate putting together furniture and I feel like when I do it, it's never done right, so the pieces are off and fall apart/look super cheap. Hire someone to do it, they'll do it quickly and CORRECTLY, and you're out like $200 extra dollars. I was 34 weeks pregnant and we had just bought a house and I love my DH, but he's not so good at that stuff. Best decision ever.
