Those postings after mine were not me (I did just post again but said it was me).. Clearly there is a lot of strong opinions besides my own which is why the thread is still going on.

Oh boy.

Hi Jeff, this became a hot topic when I saw so much about pit bulls killing owners etc. I should not have started two threads and imagine in hindsite that posting this in the pet forum would not garner an equal concern. I will leave the threads that sre open unless of course you close them though again it
would be better in off topic to reside this concern. Yes - have young kids and one of them has a close friend with a pit bull mix that really concerns me. The more I read and what I see when we get close to the house scares me and I refuse to let my 9 year old go there anymore. That dog was ready to rip me to shreads had that door been open the last 2 times I went by. The mom would not let the door open since she was concerned - why would I let my 9 year old there? The door and Windows had scratches on them from this pit bull trying to get at me and my 7 year old (who at first thought it was cute but then didn't want the door open on how the dog reacted). But I will refrain from any more posts. Thank you Jeff.

Jeff, are the two pit bull threads in Pets by the same person? Seems odd that the same topic would be addressed twice in 2 unrelated threads.
