OP here. I was told by the Student Transfer office that I could apply for Before & After Caree.

im not sure my post was clear. The transfer was accepted, but we can't use their aftercare.

We applied because we had a conflict with one of the teachers at our local school and we weren't happy about how it was handled. There was a administration change and the issue was resolved so we decided that we would stay.

Yes, I applied for my daughter to go to Magnolia ES for 1st grade in 2014 and we got rejected. I have no idea why and never pursued the matter.



Why didn't you pursue the matter?
