Yea, I don't understand how Trump and his supporters think he's such a unifier. Not only has he fractured the party, but he's alienated pretty much half the country. I will say, though, that he has unified the racists under him. So, I'll give him that.

Couldn't have said it better. Much as I disagree with the GOP on social and economic policies, not to mention their lack of seriousness on climate change, I really feel bad for the party. I hope this is a wake up call for them. We need strong parties with serious front running tickets competing for our votes.
