That's just stupid. A commercial structure isn't going to come down because two people danced on it. There's a reason the very rare occasion that type of thing happens makes news headlines. Commercial structures are made for thousands upon thousands of pounds to move around on it. Do you really think steel frames are unable to withstand a room full of people dancing after a wedding? I can't think of any headlines where a building (or even a house) crashed, but I've heard of a few random decks and balconies.
