All McLean schools are pretty overcrowded. Sherman is least crowded, but you will have choice to send your AAP kid to Churchill which is the center school and pretty overcrowded.
Honestly OP, it sounds like Arlington public schools would be a better fit for your family, considering the class sizes and budget problems plaguing FFX schools.
