That poster said microwave after defrosting - they're not suggesting you microwave frozen meat

To cook: place meatloaf(assuming it's still in the pan form) in a large pan that can be covered(either with a lid or foil), fill larger pan with an inch or 2 of water, cover and bake @310 for about 20 minutes(if defrosted), 30-40 minutes if frozen. Check temperature of meatloaf to see when done.
