Grace Episcopal Day School has small class size and only one class per grade. It is in Kensington, on CT, right outside of Chevy Chase so very close to Bethesda.

Concord Hill, Harbor, Primary Day, Feynman, Bethesda Community Day School, Bethesda Country Day School, Norwood....
Are you looking for a place for K only?

If you can go a little farther north, Green Acres has very small K classes. 12 or so kids with two teachers.

Not in Bethesda, but close by, Lowell School has 11 students with two teachers.

What's your definition of small, I guess?
We really like Harbor School. I think their K class is about 12 kids, with 2 teachers.
