I guess we all pretty much know our decisions if our kids were screened for AAP and we are all on this forum discussing all aspects of it full timeI bet every parent had enough time to make decision while waiting on AAP decision.

Not sure about the postmark. I believe it needs to be received by that date; I scanned and emailed the form in.
The letter said it has to be faxed or mailed in. I did not see an email option, although an email for AAP is on the form.
