I use a whole bunch of different shit in no particular rotation. There's Cetaphil, some Burt's Bees crap, some Clinique stuff.

Rosacea has more to do with gut bacteria than what you wash your face with.

Take a probiotic (a good one) and eat preservative-free, whole foods.

Me too as well as my 11yr DD who has even more sensitive skin than I do

Warm water and a washcloth. Then I put mild lotion on it. Since I got older my skin is very dry. Can't imagine using soap on my face!

Vanicream gentle cleanser. I have rosacea and perimenopausal acne (fun!), plus my skin is extremely sensitive and dry on the cheeks, oily on the t-zone. My allergist insisted I try Vanicream, and it is the best cleanser I've ever used.

Purity made simple. It really keeps my oily skin in check.

I use Cetaphil cream. Costco has a good price on it. I didn't know about the cleansing cloths, thanks.

I'm still using Aveeno Oatmeal soap, and only problem I have is an occasional flare up of rosacea. But is there something I should be using that is better for aging face skin?
