It's called "The Opposite of Worry." We found it extremely helpful.

Someone on here recommended a book for kids with anxiety and I wrote it down but now I can't find the paper or the original thread. It was something about "without worry" or "without anxiety", I think. It's not "what to do when you worry too much" ... I have that one and LOVE it.
