Because she's made it. She's done. Plus as midsections widen it becomes a lot less fun to shop because they feel like everything looks like crap anyway.
Also, my sister is doing this lately "It all comes back around in fashion so I'm done- my wardrobe's good- I have every style"... forget that the colorways and cut/style are actually slightly different...
