If you subscribe to the Mousesavers newsletter (just an email newsletter on the 15th of each month with Disney-related deals and tips), I think they advise when Disney opens the calendar for the next year (so you won't have to keep checking back).

We can't book next year's Spring Break (April 2017) through any method. I think the industry waits.

I thought people booked Disney waaaay in advance?
