I thought the same thing this year about the size and the taste. Honestly, the thin mints used to taste so good and this year all I could think was that they seemed so tasteless. Never again.

Ok, I admit I buy them every year. But this was the first year they really seemed off. Next time I'll just donate to the troop and skip the cookies.

They did not shrink.

The trefoils have also shrunk and don't seem to taste as good. Four less cookies in the 2017 box!! I buy several boxes every year and love the trefoils for dunking in coffee but seriuosly thinking about how many to buy next year!!

They aren't smaller. You just got bigger probably from eating too many cookies. And they are $4 around here. And they didn't even taste good way back in the 80s when I sold them!

I thought only the wretched gluten-free cookies were five dollars a box, and the rest are four bucks. I agree that the cookies taste worse all the time. My daughter is a scout and doesn't like selling them.

I had the exact same thought when I opened my box of Samoas, but I couldn't figure out if it was because I grew bigger or if the cookies shrank.

Seriously

I just opened a pack of tagalongs, once the most substantial of GS cookies, and they are hobbit sized.

They are seriously smaller than a vanilla wafer!!

And don't get me started on the samoas. They are barely half a bite.

I don't mind spending five dollars a box, but only if they give you what you think you are buying.

When did this change happen?

What on earth were they thinking?!?
