Avoid. Not a nice person. Condescending, arrogant and rude.

This is exactly our experience, but with BCBS.

We've used rabbi henesh for all three of our boys. The pricing above sounds right. The bits grandfather, who was the sendek, paid each time.

Henesch is around $800 these days, although he will factor in travel time if you are kind of schleppy. In terms of insurance, it's totally hit or miss. In the last few months I've had one friend who was covered and two who weren't. It's worth it to submit just to see what happens.

We paid $750 in 2013 for Henesch.

Insurance didn't pay in 2010 and 2013 when I had my kids.

This was 11 years ago, but we paid $500 then for Dr. Marmon.

Oh wow. I didn't think insurance paid at all? I signed a form when pregnant that told me they don't pay. Kaiser of course.

We paid, I wouldn't have dreamed of asking anyone else, and it was $650 the first time and then 4 years later I think $800? Submitted to insurance and it was covered both times.

If you had a mohel do a circumcision for your baby boy, what was the cost? Also, do you know traditionally if there is a family member who is suggested to pay this fee?
