I tried for a year on my own, and nothing happened. Did NC IVF and it worked on the first try. Dr told me that it was about a 5% chance of it working. You just never know with these things. I would not even bother wasting time on IUI in your case. Go straight to IVF.
I am a huge believer in NC IVF because it worked for me, and was so easy and much less expensive than traditional IVF. Plus, I didn't feel comfortable with using all of the drugs.
Good luck to you.

I would schedule that consult. It will give you a sense of where you stand
I have slightly better numbers than you but I'm older (40). I got a bfp on my first IVF cycle (but no ultrasound yet so I'm not pregnant yet- from a clinical perspective). But it means it can work for you.

But without doing an IVF you can't tell about egg quality, right?
