From their website: "Approximately 72 percent of all undergraduates receive some form of aid from federal, state, institutional, and private sources. Of that aid, 64 percent is a Loyola-funded scholarship or grant. Loyola also offers several merit-based scholarships, awarded to students based on their academic achievements."
That's not "hardly anyone." 28% paying full freight, and a good chunk of the 64% getting a token grant probably no more than 5-10K out of the total 63K tuition.
It's still an overpriced Catholic college catering heavily to upper middle class students from the tri-state area. There's nothing wrong with that but it does say much about the feel and environment at Loyola.
