Always go. I am interviewing at three companies. It's been extensive and exhaustive. I just turned down what will likely be the highest offer after I found out a lot of inside information that made me rethink the position. Conversely the job that originally I had ranked 3rd (mainly due to the commute), seems to have the most to offer in the long run. 4th, and I hope final, interview for that job tomorrow.

Your perception can and will change with each interview.

Interviews are for you to learn about them as much as for them to learn about you. You might learn about a project that is of interest or unexpected great benefits. Get the info and then decide.

Unless I know that I am absolutely not going to accept a position with that company, I don't consider it was wasting time. You're interviewing them, too.

I had a phone interview last week for a postion with a non-profit. The interview went well and I was offered a second interview (in-person) and I accepted. I've been doing more extensive research on the organization and the postion, and while I still am interested, I'm not sure if this is the route I want to take at this time. So my question is, should I cancel the interview (on Wednesday)? I really don't want to waste their time, but I also don't want to come off as rude or flakey. What would you do in this situation?
